Auto Log does not collect any information about you.
What the app stores
The vehicles, fill-ups, expenses, odometer readings, trips, receipts and names you enter are stored on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, they are also stored in your own iCloud account so they sync between your devices. The developer has no server and cannot see any of it.
Sharing
If you share vehicles with other people, the vehicles and their entries are stored in iCloud and shown to the people you invited, along with the name you give in Settings. You can stop sharing at any time.
Camera and photos
The camera is used only when you scan a receipt, and photos only when you choose one. Text on a receipt is recognised on your device, and the image is kept with the entry it belongs to.
Purchases
Auto Log Pro is bought through the App Store. Apple handles the payment and tells the app only whether this Apple Account has Pro.
No tracking
Auto Log has no ads, no analytics and no third-party code that collects data, and it does not track you across apps or websites.
Deleting your data
Deleting a vehicle deletes its entries. Deleting the app removes what is on the device. To remove what is in iCloud, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then iCloud › Manage Account Storage › Auto Log, and delete its data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
